WTBA will be conducting a prevailing wage meeting for all interested contractors, in the afternoon of Monday, October 26th (WTBA Fall Meeting – Tuesday 27th) in Middleton (Madison Marriott West).  

WisDOT interpretation and application of the law continue to raise questions and concerns within the contracting industry.  The primary purpose of this meeting will be to assist contractors in their understanding of the law, to discuss current WisDOT enforcement practices , and consider a strategy and accompanying tactics the industry can consider to more effectively engage WisDOT and obtain timely answers and clarification regarding prevailing wage issues.
